With one Rescue Squad where is Warren Rescue Squad already on scene in a fire engine on seeing as well I would probably call for another heavy Rescue Squad to bring another set of the jaws of life tools to work on the car roof and remove the roof roof of the vehicle where you can drop the backboard in and then where you can secure the patient's spine and then get them into an ambulance or into the air ambulance the helicopter to transport him to the hospital to take the patient to the hospital
