What actually happens when I go out alone in Malaysia? Somehow, I always end up finding something unexpected.
In this video, I’m spending two very different days exploring Kuala Lumpur on my own. I take public transport to Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur, try the Luge for the first time, ride the Hyfly Zipline, almost convince myself to do a four-story freefall… and then spend another afternoon at an event in Titiwangsa, where things definitely don’t go according to plan.
Since moving to Malaysia, going places alone has become one of my favorite ways to experience the country. I’m extremely introverted, but somehow I keep meeting people, trying new things, eating way too much food, and ending up in situations I never expected.
This is not really a travel guide — just another couple of days of what living and exploring Malaysia on my own has actually been like.
