This is how to make high-protein muesli bars at home -  cheaper, healthier, and better tasting than anything you’ll buy at the supermarket.

Most store-bought protein bars are packed with sugar, preservatives, and unnecessary additives. And they’re expensive. When you actually read the ingredient list, it’s mostly nuts, oats, seeds and syrup - all things you can buy yourself.

In this video, I’ll show you how to turn simple whole ingredients into homemade protein bars that:

• Are high in protein
• Contain fibre from chia, oats and nuts
• Use natural peanut butter as a binder
• Can be fully customised
• Cost far less than commercial bars
