For a game made 20 years ago it looks incredible.

Never forget to save often, I've had my fair share of good city developments and progress get wiped by a single crash.

The last good city builder my PC can handle.

man, this game still looks so good, there is something about this game aesthetic that is unmatched, really beautiful,
i have played sim city 2000, 3000, 4, 5, cities xl, xxl, and now cities skylines,

but none can match the memories playing sim city 4 with all the wonderful mod available,

i really wish that somehow sim city 4 is remaked, with the same style, music, and the not so full 3D camera, BUT, with better game engine, more complex road and public transportation, super wide map, more building variation,

Man. I'm always impressed by peoples' abilities to just know where to place everything and think up a design like this so quickly. Meanwhile I'm spending hours just trying to figure out a roundabout.

God i love the music in this game, heck even in other Simcity games before this one.

The buildings in sim4 are just stunning. I have to say it looks way better than Cities Skylines.

SC4 still does many management features better than Cities Skylines. I absolutely love this game.

Now this is a good city. It's realistic unlike those perfectly symmetrical cities that are on other videos lol

those low density neighborhoods are perfection.

I personally believe that this is the best SimCity. All of them are great but there is just something about this one that’s top notch.

Sim City 4 left such a big impression on me. Maxis had something special

nostalgia is hitting hard with this one

Sim 3000 and Sim 4 had some of the best OST's ever made

So much care and attention was given to building design in this game.  I think that is part of what sets it apart from apparent successors like Cities: Skylines.

I love this music on this Game:)

Ngl you with this video were an inspiration for me to get back in to SC4. I have so much nostalgia for this game since I used to "play" it when I was in elementary school and middle school. I say "play" it cuz I just didn't understand the core aspects of the game back then and just couldn't develop my cities at all. All I wanted was some big skyscrapers and pretty buildings (still like that tbh lol), but now since I'm starting to understand how city-building works in this game and seeing how well it replicates city planning for its time, I can't help but fall in love with it again

There is something seriously charming about the old Sim City 4 graphics set. As much as I love Skylines, it does feel too... sterile at times. I'm not sure if that is just the colour pallet of the game or if its the engine or what.

waoo, that's amazing, to make a city like that, I take days...and you make it in minutes...

Honestly, these are one of the best ASMR videos, i put on the play list and im good!

And when i do wake up its to the amazing cities your building!!
