Dust to Dust is the first song in a ‘Rock Opera’ album ‘Queen of the Murder Scene, about a woman’s unrequited love that leads to obsession, madness and murder. Written when the sisters were barely in their teens. That bass riff created by the youngest sister when she was just 11 years old.

During this show the Drummer Paulina made me, a 68yr old man, Cry twice..she steps away from the Drums and performs two songs at the Piano, "Black Holes and " Breathe" 😢🫶✌️then she walks back to the kit. And they perform, The Best reimagined version of Enter Sandman ever created.. it's actually on The Metallica Blacklist Album 1st track. The Warning With Alessia Cara Enter Sandman Metallica Blacklist Album. ✌️

In this concert they were 23/21/18 (g/d/b).  Now they are 26/24/21.

Just a note. The girls are intimately involved with every aspect of production. They also have veto power. The lighting was designed and run by the lighting director for Halestorm.

The more you go down this rabbit hole the more you will be impressed. I'm 66, have seen them 6 times so far. They have alot of older followers like me because they are bringing back Rock that reminds us of our youth. They ARE the saviors of Rock!! 🤘🤘🤘⚡⚡⚡

The Warning encourage their fans to learn their songs and sing with them in concerts. That when they stop singing at any moment the fans continue the song, becoming a part of the performance. A unique part of Dust to Dust is a Spanish sermon in the background track recorded by their manager ‘uncle’ Rudy Joffroy. Here at the Pepsi Center during the breakdown, you can no longer hear that background track as a roar of “HERMANO!” by 8,000 fans drown out the sermon they know by heart, reciting it themselves. The fans making that sermon their own!

The lighting guy is Brian Bogovic, lighting director for Halestorm.

The amazing thing about them, and I write this as a former music student/wannabe musician, is that they ALL wanted to play music at very early ages. Every choice they made individually brought them together eventually. You can find piano recitals and school performances before they ever decided to form their band 13 years ago. “They were born for this” is actually not far from the truth, but their parents didn’t push them, they encouraged and supported them. Starting to play together was what they wanted to do because they love music. It’s a fairytale that, at its heart, is about a wonderful family.

These two songs are a good introduction to the band. Written when they were children. They just keep getting better.

This entire Pepsi Center concert is tailor made for reactors. Each song is an event. Some reactors do the entire show, in order, 1 or 2 at a time. Some do the whole thing. Whatever you do, TWA will show big time. Very important to use the whole concert choice from The Warning official page so you don't miss the translation of crowd interactions, especially for 3 highly emotional songs, Black Holes and Breath, which should be done back to back, and When I'm Alone. As I type, I'm getting ready to go see them live, in Seattle. Let's go!

You are ready for some The Warning documentaries! Tidal Rising, Mayday in the Making, Tedx 2016 and 2017. We will watch with you!!

Watch their 2017 TedX talk to see them as young teens aged 16, 14 and 12 play 3 songs from their first full album(!) and give some very insightful insights into their early careers. These ladies made more sensible decisions as kids than many people do as adults.

Both songs are from:
Queen of the Murder Scene (QOTMS) is the second studio album by Mexican hard rock band The Warning. It was released on November 25, 2018. In contrast to the previous release XXI Century Blood, Queen of the Murder Scene is a concept album. It tells the story of a disturbed young woman as she goes from obsession and desire to murder and madness. The songs are told from the point of view of either the woman's good side or her inner psychopath.  Dust to Dust is the 1st track and Dull Knives (Cut Better) is the 9th track on the album.

This performance was at The Pepsi Center CDMX (Mexico City - elevation 7,349 ft.) in 2023 - sold out ... 8K.  "EVERY" song is outstanding and most of the songs they wrote themselves except one a reimagined Enter Sandman and one 10th Anniversary video.  This concert marked their 10th anniversary as a band which started as a cover band in 2013 when they were roughly 13, 11 & 8 (TWA will correct me if I'm wrong).  After attending Berklee College of Music in Boston (2015) they started composing their own songs in earnest.  They have opened for Muse, Foo Fighters, Def Leppard, Alice Cooper, Halestorm and many more established bands and yes they still do an occasional covers.

The voice that you hear in Spanish toward the bridge of Dust to Dust is their manager Rudy, portraying the priest for Queen of the Murder Scene.

Great Reaction, nice sound with your music. The Young Lady playing Bass 18 year old here, now 21 was the youngest Spector Signature Artist Ever at age 15 yep and wrote the bass lines to Dust to Dust at age 11... Please try Evolve Live from the MTV VMA's.

As you have probably heard Live is their SUPERPOWER!   If you really want to see how great they are watch the entire Pepsi center concert it is a 10/10 you will not be disappointed.  You will wonder how they can go crazy for 1.5 hours straight however haha .
