3:43 my heart completely melted during this section. It was almost melted throughout the first part of the video but this was so sweet.

That "strange looking," dog was a blonde Afghan hound. They are actually quite beautiful days.

I had a wonderful dog, Spike, that I got from a shelter.  He was a miniature Australian Shepherd.  About a week after I got him, a friend left the door open and he took off.  I was panicking as I loved him the minute I saw him.  So I take off up the street looking for him and there he was, about a block away, at an elementary school, herding all the kids together on the playground.  The teachers were all standing around laughing.  It definitely was a sight to see.  He came right home with me and never did it again, but stayed by my side.  He’s been gone over twenty years and I still think of him every day.

I’ve had one dog in my life and he was very much a neighborhood pet, he’d hang about with any of the kids around. It was a springer spaniel named Winston.

My sister has 4 huskies.  They are the most chill dogs every.  Visited her for a couple of nights and slept on the couch.  During the night, they would stay outside in the cold (which they love to be in) for hours, then come in and pass out for most of the morning in their beds.  They shed a lot, which I can't stand.  Dogs live longer than 10 years.  They live up to 20 in some breeds.

I can leave my pitbull alone in a room with a plate of food on the ground and tell her not to eat it. She just jumps up on the Lazy Boy and waits for me to come back. She's absolutely amazing

I love animals so much.

One of my dogs will always leave me unattended food alone, and will chase away the cat if she tries to go for it. My Great Dane, however, has no shame.

Hello from Kentucky y'all 🐎 ❤

if you thought a husky is a massive dog... you should look up this photo of a wolf next to a husky, Now they are BIG, A Husky is an average size dog to us here in the US... now a St. Bernard or a great Dane is massive to us, but both are gentle....
