In today’s video, we go over several BTS updates from December 8, 2025. RM posted a heartfelt message on Weverse, and fans rallied around him with overwhelming support. V also surprised ARMY with a short livestream. We’ll look at the news of BTS receiving a Presidential Commendation for their contributions to Korea’s culture of giving, and a Korean article explaining why Anpanman is climbing back up global charts seven years after its release. And at the end, I’ll share a quick reaction to the behind-the-scenes video from Jin’s RUNSEOKJIN EP.TOUR ENCORE.

Dear Hybe Boy - I want to thank you for all of the work you do. I especially appreciate your efforts to clear the air between K-ARMY and I-ARMY. We all have to understand that ARMY is not some monolith that all acts and thinks in the same way. It's not fair, nor is it productive, to be pointing fingers at each other. That is exactly what the haters want us to do.

I hurt's my heart that he felt he needed to apologize for speaking his truth 😢

I could be wrong but I doubt there's any group (or individual) to go into the military and be seen and put out content as much as BTS. Jin alone was more active since his military release than seems humanly possible. Then J Hope right behind him doing so much as well. It's crazy as much as this group has done. I just pray they stop listening to the noise.

I feel so bad for him - he has nothing to apologize for! He is human too and it’s natural to have frustration! Also it’s GOOD that he called out foolish behavior- it was NEEDED

Namjoon apologizing is a sign of humility. He did not need to do that. My prayers is for the boys to be healthy and try to shut out all the negativity. Easy to say but hard to do. We ARMY are just waiting for the day when we will all be together again. Spring 2026 is just around the corner. ARMY and BTS.. we are strong. 💜💜💜

Why does he need to apologize? Because people can’t read through the lines? Some “fans” need to apologize to him and Bts.

The way he doesn't need to apologize for speaking up about his concern, it's the internet and keyboard warrior who doesn't have reading comprehension... But I'm glad his members is there's with him

This world is a better place with RM in it.

The fact he has to apologize is so sickening. 😔 I just want joon and bts to receive the peace they need and deserve to thrive as an artist

My heart seriously aches, especially after he edited his post to "army" almost feeling helpless. We armys are trying our best to post letters, charted Anpanman on #1 for them to see and know that our love is louder, but Joon.. oh Joon

There is no 'his truth' or 'your truth', there is only THE truth, and Namjoon spoke it.

It’s so distressing that RM felt compelled to make an apology for speaking his truth with ARMY😢. He has always been as honest with ARMY as much as he can, this makes us love him even more.

1:50. My feeling is There is absolutely no way anyone complaining about BTS is ARMY. I am relatively new to BTS, but the amount of outside people trying to bring them down and create problems, pretending to be army has been nonstop. The entire time I have been in the fandom. To me, this just seems like one more instance of it happening again there is no way ARMY could be unhappy with The incredible amount of content they have given us while they are on hiatus! I do not believe it and I hope the guy know that also.

Namjoon having to apologize because some people have zero comprehension skills is so annoying. I hate that they made him feel like he had to say sorry ╥_╥

Leader 💜 no apology needed we understand and got you 💜💯👑

It's very frustrating that only bad comments seem to reach him somehow :( he did not need to apologize at all, he did nothing wrong. I hope he knows it's okay to express himself to us. What can we do so our hearts reach them? :(

@kimcole1093 9 months ago

There is no need to apologize its about time someone started reigning in these ridiculous fans ...im so glad more idols are standing up for them selves ....good job RM .. THESE FANS ARE LIKE CHILDREN THAT NEED TO BE CORRECTED

It’s honestly a damned if you do, damned if don’t type of situation.

I am glad he went live and talked about it. This is what sets BTS apart from other artists. Thier honesty and talking about how they feel with their fans. They also help ARMY that are also going through a hard time. We need to lean on each other. Thank you Hybeboy. You make things clearer for those who need translations and help understanding.

The media needs disturbance, not unity.

The media deems BTS receiving accolades or their success in general is just not interesting enough to them anymore. They are only interested in BTS' downfall. But once BTS comes back as the legends they are, those who try to crush them will change their tunes.

The people who really needs to hear, won't.
They will not change. They will never change.

All we as fans can and should do is stand by them and stand behind them.

I just can't wait for the day BTS stands in front of the people who are always ready to listen to them and see them for themselves.

ARMYs are always cheering for BTS.
