At this point she needs to be arrested. She's become a public nuisance. I can't believe they have not arrested her yet.

No, she just abuses the horses, touching them constantly.    Something very wrong with her.

That women's inane laugh gets my blood pressure rising. She needs to be fined for her constant harassing of horses and Guards.

I am surprised they don't have a stricter policy for this behavior.  She is clearly loitering, harassing the horses, taunting the guards and touching children and being a general nuisance.  She seems to know what she can get away with and enjoys it.  Tolerance on full display in London.

My heart goes out to the guards. I'm sure they dread going on duty hoping she is not there. Enticing young children to touch the horse even though there is a sign stating they may bite. I feel so sorry for the horse too

She claims she's a street angel from the church "Kingdom of Faith". A street angel usually walks arount in a team of five Christians and wears the Street Angels’ uniform. The aim of a street angel is :
• a safer community with people feeling safer
• street crime reduced
• reduction in anti-social behaviour

Both the horse and the guard have remarkable patience.

The way she keeps injecting herself into other peoples conversations, touching people including children, is just creepy and weird.

Even the horses have had enough of her. They will not look at her and try to get away from her. She should be banned.

The way she "pets" the horses is so disrespectful 🤬  A person with normal empathy and goodwill would touch with kindness to communicate compassion. This two legged horror rubs her hands back and forth - scraping against the horses coat because it's stimulating to HER and couldn't care less how irritating it is to the poor horse. I wouldn't let her near any of my horses.
