“The Force is female” embodies everything wrong with Kathleen Kennedy creating endless Mary Sue’s & emasculating all the real men in her films. That’s why they failed.

She knows how to put on a happy face when deep inside she is pissed off at the fans for rejecting her crap.

It is simple, she has delusions of grandeur

She did not fail. She wanted to destroy Star Wars and replace it with her political and social grievances and that's what she did. It's dead.

People like that are incapable of self reflection

She's a well-known and widely documented pathological narcissist. Her unapologetic behavior isn't surprising.

"Inside the mind of Kathleen Kennedy" - sounds like the title of a B horror movie.

She did irreparable damage do the Star Wars franchise. Well, Indiana Jones and Willow too, those are even more dead than Star Wars is. It's frankly amazing they left her there for so long.

Was it George or Stephen that said "Kathy is good on the phone", meaning she was a good Line Producer?

...the destroyer of franchises.

KK got the ultimate life hack by marrying Frank Marshall. Who would want to piss off the wife of the big boss with all the money. Once she actually was put in charge of something her skills (or lack of) really shined through. Her success really shows how nepotism and cronyism gate keeps legit talent from getting a chance.

The forgot the excellent (even if it was for kids) Skeleton Crew.

Kathleen Kennedy isn’t as relieved to be leaving as the fans are that she left. There was a time when SW was a license to print money, it takes an astronomical amount of ineptitude to destroy a money making machine like SW.
