Sairs is literally the most supportive partner ever - and thoughtful too!

OK, so here's the challenge I want to see. Opposite of this one ... locked in the house, but you need to do a squat, bench and deadlift workout with only stuff in the house already. No gym equipment Needs to be at least 80% of 1RM. Oh and don't die dropping a sofa on your head

Best videos to keep me fitness motivated! I've struggled with being an alcoholic and an addict all my adult life, I'm finally clean and sober (going on 19 days now) and fully committed to staying that way! I'm on a healthy diet and exercise routine and stuff like this really helps keep me on track 😁❤ cheers Matt & family!

Pizza on the leg extension is the way to go - pretty sure the carbs go straight to your quads that way. It’s like, science or something.

Make sure you stock your gym with circle-sized pizza.

Look forward to the future video of granddad, dad, and son fishing for the first time -- sure to be good fun.
