Great to have Al Michaels on the broadcast filling in for Keith Jackson!

Al Michaels should be in the baseball ⚾️ Hall of Fame I hope before he retires that he'll get the Ford C. Frick award he deserves it just as much as Joe Buck!!!!

The MLB network should sign Al Michaels to a contract and he can still work the Thursday NFL games on Prime!

Got Drysdale's autograph for my aunt at Wrigley Field 1988.
I was an usher and I think he was calling dodger games that year. RIP

In my book Al Michaels is a Hall of Famer!

There would NEVER be pregame commentary and warm-up showing MLB players throwing the baseball around in today's World Series. Instead more commercials would be crammed in. It's so bad today even some the actual game is cut off.

Commentators:
Al Michaels, Howard Cosell & Don Drysdale.

Say what you want about Cosell but he made some great predictions during this game, including foreshadowing Stargell vs lefties.

I got Stargell’s autograph wheb he was in Calgary as a Pirates scout in 1997

Garner got Ayala in the first.
