Banggood Hongdui Premium Mitre Gauge Review!

Bisch Basch Bosch

Certainly one of the most beautiful mitre gauges. Heavy construction and bundles of adjustability. Is it worth the premium price tag?

It appears Hongdui are now producing the HD-TB01 Premium Mitre Gauge with a T-type bar compatible with DeWalt saws! Looks like a Bosch one is also coming. Link - https://uk.banggood.com/custlink/vDG9REYBeV

Great review. I've had one for a little over a year. It has stayed accurate and I really like it.

I just bought this product. Have not recieved it yet. You mentioned a "grub screw." You also mentioned drilling&tapping a hole for a nylon screw. What is a grub screw and exactly where are you talking about drilling to install it? Seems like something I will look at. Thanks.

why square against the blade? isn't it the rails on which the miter slides that determine the alignment ?

What fence do you recommend for this miter gauge?

Great review however the one I received is not accurate at all. Set to 1 degree for 0 deg square and then 44 degrees to get a true 45 degree. Looses 2 degrees between 1 deg and 44 degrees. Also the indicator gauges sits a full 3/16 of an inch away from the other degree setting but close on b the 60 degrees both sides so the laser etching was way off as well. Think I got a dud but returning looks like it will be difficult as well. Read so many good reviews so really dissappointed

I'm curious fella, why didn't you make this review with a Banggood fence not the Incra?

I got this back in Nov 2023. Was damaged upon arrival and still waiting for the replacement part. In my opinion, I will never order from Bangood again since the customer service in these types of circumstance is non existent. They have your money and you get damaged goods. Stick to the US or CDN made products where you will get treated much better.
