Lena Christ was highly gifted—and she was abused, oppressed, and tormented. Despite being a victim of crime, she became one of Bavaria's most famous writers. Her autobiographical novel, *Memoirs of a Superfluous Woman*, told the story of a young Bavarian girl's fate in 1912 and shocked society. Who was this woman?

In episodes 203 and 204, Sabine Rückert and Andreas Sentker discuss a young author who was first a victim of the most serious crimes and then became a perpetrator herself.
