Once you get to 2400+ pool, winning position in 3+0 feels just like a slight advantage, when your opponent is a speed monster

GGs croissant,, that game was well played

Great video and honestly impressive that you were able to climb so high! But I have to say that most people cannot do this. In fact, I would say that you are special in that you have been grinding chess for a long time and done all sorts of awesome challenges which have improved your chess ability. Simply saying that a normal person just needs to learn an opening and then can get to 2000 is just not true. Getting to 2000 does involve improving one's opening, but more importantly it includes having excellent tactical vision, a strong grasp of endgames, and knowing what to do strategically in middle game positions. My own issue with blitz is that I am simply not fast enough. I miss tactics unless I have more time to think and even the endgames I am good at take me longer amounts of time to play out and win. I am simply saying that there is no shortcut to 2000 and instead that the reason you were able to attain 2000 is because you are a good chess player that knows the game well and simply had to limit your blunders to get to 2000.

The Fianchetto Opening and The Kings Indian is absolutely unstoppable in blitz Chess ♟️
