*NOTE: I wanted to mention, before bottling, I'd recommend cold stabilizing for a few days (put in fridge or outside). Concord has a fair amount of tartaric acid and can result in tartrate crystals forming. Nothing wrong with them, odorless and flavorless. As a matter of fact they can be found in some commercial wines as well. Just wanted to mention it as an optional step!!
