Man this country is so bad, I’d rather go to New Zealand and be in that woman’s almost prison program

@maddisonmarrufo6430 1 month ago

Both actually you go to prison for both punishment and hope and support when you go to jail you have rights to therapy

@maddisonmarrufo6430 1 month ago

Kinda close to what they expect in America to eat with peace and to behave well and if you do throw something or do anything bad you will have to go in isolation

@ZacBowen 1 month ago

I'll tell you straight i got several friends and family thats been to jail and maximum security prison a.k.a state penitentiary and trust me when I say they are just like me and my mentality if I was ever caught back in the day before kids don't care about the what others say or do unless they try me then at that point hell breaks loose and that goes all the other prisoners, guards, and warden

@carolynegreen5212 1 month ago

They have to keep each meal at like .50 a inmate.. and strict dietary so really no seasoning

@MichelleStewart-r5w 1 month ago

good old new zealand/aotearoa my country where our prisoners are fed better than the poor old beneficiaries who never commit no crimes plus on top of that our nz prisoners receive FREE university/college education plus other perks, waikeria prison now has a flash new cafeteria full of goodies, those who commit crimes here in nz are rewarded

Since when is prison food suppose to be enjoyable?

@TxGrlnNC 2 months ago (edited)

Violation of human rights? It’s food, not physical punishment, and you’re in prison not a cruise 😂 Nutraloaf was designed to affordably meet basic nutritional requirements including around 40g of protein. Stay out of the slammer and you can eat In-in-Out instead LOL

And as far as the NZ meal, there are currently less than 11,400 prisoners there vs the US at around 1.5-2M so it has a lot to do with cost. When most Americans cant afford a balanced NZ prison meal, there’s a serious problem.

I’m gonna miss chef ash so badly

@karolinatbmv 2 months ago

proud kiwi right here!!!

@johnchitwood8799 2 months ago

Yeah, you're right, all prisoners should have chefs catering every meal, everything should be exploding with flavor and be delicious. I mean that's what they go to prison for, to be rewarded for committing crimes
