Clearly that "rerack weights" sign on the mirror is there for decoration, lol!

Johnny Jackson. The only guy who can still manage to cheat on rotator cuff exercises

"I'm out there throwing the iron around to, its just contagious"  perfectly put how could you be around those guys and in that atmosphere and not want to get in on it!

There is still tons of kinetic energy going into the muscles with these movements, but with those heavy weights it‘s a dance with the devil

7:24 Branch is like "fuck you're taking too long pulling those plates off I'm going now!"

"He's overcome so many injuries"
Are you meaning to tell me branch gets hurt a lot? Weird...

7:17 and forward to johnnie doing the same machine, man that's comedy, branch is like fuck it, that plate isn't coming off i don't care, no time to waste, LETS GOO MADDAFAKKER, then johnnie comes along and is screaming like he shat his pants, machine all rusty n' shit completely broken, the bar is all bent on the left side, metal music on full volume blasting through, good damn how CAN YOU NOT GET EXCITED ABOUT LIFTING WHEN YOU SEE THIS, JUST THE INTENSITY ITSELF.

3:25 Beautiful repetitions

Like Ronnie said, " Everyone what's to be a bodybuilder, but no one what's to lift this heavy ass weight".

These two guys have tons of intensity. Whatever others say for the form, this is what works for them. Much respect for you Branch & Johnny. And have you seen Johnny's back? Damn!

honesty , branch warren is training fine . Jonnie Jackson is a different story

That plate loaded row machine looks like it was picked from the RMS Titanic. Thing had barnacles on it I swear.

comment about form to make yourself feel better

7:21 Branch not giving a fuck

Johnnie Jacksons new exersise: one arm elbow rows..

his training makes my joints hurt lol

The rerack weight sign jajaja shot was hilarious

The "Perfect Form" duo

I've been at Metro Flex when these two are shooting and seen Branch most recently at the Europa Dallas. Guy has insane intensity, just being in the same room is so motivating.

i need a gym like this man
