Went from 220 in November to 176.8 pounds yesterday. It is CRAZY. I aint even built, though I'm interested. I can RUN. I can MOVE. I have the customers be acting different with me. I enjoy what I see in the mirror. I have less hunger. Thank you JESUS.

The gym taught me discipline, hell half the time I don’t want to be there but being formerly obese and being fit for the first time feels 1000 times better!

My head used to be fatter but, after losing 100+ lbs, it looks way more proportionate to my body now 😂

I’m almost down 100lbs and I really think about how much I’ve changed mentally. I’ve allowed so many people, especially men, to come in and take advantage of me due to my low self esteem. Even got married to a man and couldn’t see that he was only in it to steal from me. My entire mindset has changed. I feel better but I’m not as nice as I used to be. I learned to have boundaries.

I lost 137 pounds...I had another 25 to go and several times I got to within the 25 of goal.. and then started gaining it back.. But, I had a weird menopause experience. First hot flash at 40 years old.. They were awful, for years I averaged 56 flashes a day. I had been taking levothyroxine since I had half of my thyroid removed (benign growth).. I had my annual physical coming up so I stopped taking the pills hoping I could get the doctor to raise the dosage..(He always said it was 'low normal').I had read that thyroid issues were the second largest reason for hot flashes) .it worked and he upped it by 50% ..In 3 days my hot flashes stopped..and in the next three months I finally dropped that last 25 pounds..If your doctor says your thyroid levels are 'low normal' get a trial of thyroid hormones..or an increase if you already take them.. I am 123 pounds today..

When I was in high school I went from 200 lbs to 135 lb and I remember how different hugs felt. I didn’t ever get fully embraced when I was big.

My mom becomes way meaner to me when I’m slim

Painful knee girl - mine’s my hips/butt. I got a total hip joint replacement pretty much the minute I made my weight loss goal, so that didn’t help, but for a few months I could barely sit, putting pressure on joints that were used to WAY more padding was excruciating. My body got used to it eventually, but that in-between period sucked 😭😭

For me after losing 20 pounds ,i am still struggling. I am thin but my brain is still on fight mode. I am still struggling with food . As for those around u ,people always ask me if i am okay or to stop getting thin or i have gotten flat. So basically its not beautiful for everyone

Focus on a protein and salad breakfast! Everyday. It regulates your hormones. No bread no carb breakfast.Eggs, avacado, pickles, meat, fish. No fruits , just sugar❤

9:16 no offense its not his weight. Its his demeanor... he wasn't that big and was clearly very handsome then as well. The personality showing from the photos to the video. Even his posture is just different.
