The accident involving Gol flight 1907 is now twenty years old. In 2006, the collision between a Gol Boeing and a Legacy jet resulted in the death of all 154 occupants of the commercial aircraft. Reporter Raul Dias Filho returned to the crash site to reunite with survivors of the rescue. The journey begins in São Paulo and goes to Sinop, Mato Grosso, covering more than 400 km to the Capoto-Jarina indigenous reserve, where the wreckage lies in the Amazon rainforest. The accident occurred when the Legacy, departing from São José dos Campos (SP), collided with the Gol Boeing at an altitude of 37,000 feet. The failures of American pilots Joseph Lepore and Jan Paul Paladino, such as not following the flight plan and deactivating the TCAS, resulted in the collision. ➡️ Follow more news on our official website: https://recordtv.r7.com/domingo-espet...
