Perfect Sleep is a 12-hour sleep noise designed to stay exactly the same all night so one steady, warm noise bed with a slow isochronic pulse settling underneath it.
The screen fades to complete black so you can sleep without light in the room.
------------------------
THE NOISE
The base of this mix is a balanced blend of brown and pink noise, smoothed and shaped into a single even bed.
๐ Brown noise carries the low end โ deep, warm, and grounding, the part you feel in your chest
๐ Pink noise fills the middle โ steady and natural, the sound of rain or wind through trees
๐ A slight hint of green noise sits above them โ just enough to keep the highs from disappearing entirely, so the mix stays open rather than muffled
That last layer is deliberately subtle. Too much green and the noise starts to hiss; too little and it turns muddy over a long night. The goal was a noise that sounds full at low volume and never gets fatiguing across twelve hours.
No music. No voice. No builds. Nothing that changes.
------------------------
THE ISOCHRONIC LAYER
Beneath the noise, a soft isochronic pulse slows across four phases:
0:00 Softening
10 โ 8 Hz - Easing out of alertness. Low alpha into high theta.
20:00 Downshift
8 โ 6 Hz The descent. Thoughts begin to lose their edge.
40:00 Theta Drift
6 โ 4 Hz Settling toward the threshold of sleep.
1:00:00 Deep Hold
Steady 4 Hz- Held at deep theta for the remaining eleven hours, so if you surface during the night the sound is still exactly where you left it.
The carrier tone drifts gently from 180 Hz down to 140 Hz across those phases, and the pulse is mixed very quietly โ it's meant to be felt rather than heard.
------------------------
WHAT ARE ISOCHRONIC TONES?
Isochronic tones are rhythmic pulses of sound played at a precise frequency. When heard consistently, the brain's natural rhythms can begin to sync toward that frequency โ a process called entrainment.
Unlike binaural beats, isochronic tones don't require headphones. The pulse exists in the sound itself rather than being created between your two ears, so speakers work just as well.
------------------------
USE PERFECT SLEEP FOR:
๐ Falling asleep and staying asleep
๐ Insomnia and middle-of-the-night waking
๐ Masking traffic, neighbours, or a snoring partner
๐ Nervous system regulation and winding down
๐ ADHD focus and sensory regulation
๐ Deep rest, meditation, or low-stimulus background
------------------------
FOR BEST RESULTS
๐ง Headphones or speakers, both work โ no binaural layer here
๐ Set the volume where it's comfortable, not loud
๐ Designed for overnight listening โ no mid-roll ads, no interruptions
There's nothing here to follow, fix, or figure out. Just let the sound hold the space.
Wishing you deep rest and a quiet night.

Hi friends, hope everyone had a good week and thereโs some out there still on summer vacation. I should have called this โOttoโs Perfect Sleep Noiseโ as thatโs what I was after. Turned for me and my personal setup and combined my favourite go-to noises from this channel, but adds the isochronic phases. Hope it finds someone out there that agrees and helps them get a good night sleep! As always, thanks for watching. Appreciate all of you.
