Doing a video on the issues of bodybuilding and being sponsored by the absolute scam that is AG1is some top tier youtube irony. But hey, ya gotta get that bag I guess.

I had a friend who was on steroids for 2-3 months and he was already very emotional guy. Good god that fool would get so angry or cry all the time he was a absolute nightmare to be around and we all had to sit and talk to him and got him off of them cause he just wasnt emotionally stable enough to use them. His choice was be big or be alone and im glad he chose his friends.

My mom was a champion bodybuilder (natural thankfully), and as an adult I realize that the whole process is a competitive eating disorder. Even a natural bodybuilder eats and trains in a way that is so unhealthy, and I am glad she had to stop doing it

The crazy thing about Synthol is that some users get these crazy unnatural proportions and don’t seem to realize how lumpy they look. They keep showing off their bulging deformed bodies like they can’t tell it looks wrong.

I believe muscle dysmorphia is real, I used to see a guy at the gem that was huge, and he'd always wear a sweater until he got pumped because he thought he looked small.

Bronze Age, Silver Age, Golden era, this should be the Aluminum era, you can be made to look big, but you're also easily knocked over or winded.

As someone who did pretty good numbers in local strongman, I can tell you that it’s awful hard to gain a lot of mass without gaining fat too. And it’s really hard to cut fat without losing mass. So…nature is undefeated

Honestly, the natural guys look so much better simply because they actually look healthy. The guys pumping themselves full of chemicals literally look sick from it.

The bronze era was the only era where body building was legit. Stay natty, yo

As someone who's been lifting since around 1999, its always been a joke. The entire industry is built of fraud and manipulating people.

This kind of "bodybuilding" is just as much of a mental health issue as anorexia and needs to be treated as such, with compassion and mental health services.

The irony that a piece dissing body building starts by shilling for AG1.

Realizing that bodybuilding and fitness aren’t the same thing is a huge step forward in wisdom. When you workout for fitness, your health improves, you don’t have to constantly check your body appearance. It’s about what I can do, not purely what it looks like.

What Arnold didn't mention is that was his starting dose at 15. And he says testosteron to make it sound better. It was actually durabolin which is much more anabolic. By his prime he was taking a lot of steroids. If you'd give the 1000mg a week to Arnold and several thousands to Rich you'd come very close to the truth.

Forgot to mention the use of insulin as a PED. Insulin is probably one of the most dangerous things the pros use

@NizinaRiver 4 months ago

AG1 is a hoax lmao it’s no better than a regular good multivitamin but it’s about 500% as expensive. trust me (and many others) i did bloodwork before and after and there was literally no change in any relevant blood markers for health, inflammation, or anything else. stay away if you don’t wanna burn money lol

It's good to have videos like this out there. No bodybuilder who has won a single IFBB show has been natural. That's why natural shows are under an entirely different organization.
