I'd rather watch this 2 year old blog than anything else on my feed. Thank you Paula. 1:19

Just recently subscribed.  I know you scold yourself for rambling on, but that’s exactly what I find so enjoyable.  Envy your sock knitting.  I’m a forever beginner.  Love your channel.  Don’t change a thing!

Hi Paula you ,your family ,pets and projects are delightful . You are the age of my children and your children are my grandchildren’s ages. All your projects are so skilfully and creatively made. You inspire me and keep me current. As an Aussie you have my empathy about the heat. We had a couple of Guinea pigs that we had to keep alive during really hot days and nights. I filled two plastic bottles with water and froze them ( kept separately in a plastic bag away from food) and put one at a time on it’s side in the cage. The Guinea pigs loved it and cuddled up to it and lay on top of it too. I also checked their drinking water and spout didn’t get too hot. Each day I  got a large plastic bowl with about one inch lukewarm water in the bottom and brought them inside to let them paddle about in it . At times I spray misted them with water also. Sometimes they just need to be inside for a few days.
Like you we loved our very friendly Guinea pigs and didn’t want to lose them from heat stress. Hope this is helpful for you. Love Jennifer X

I'm obsessed with books, always have been, always will be. I have far too many and every so often I have a clear out but they still keep coming as I still keep buying!

So great to see you and the nice are the best! All that hot weather might be good time to go to the beach

Yes to accommodating cats…I will end up on the very edge of the bed so the cat can sleep on my pillow!

Hi, I follow you from Norway and have heard about the terrible heat wave in the UK. I live in Trondheim, quite far north. We usually have nice summer temperatures in summer, ca 20 C and some sunny days. This year it is very could here 9to 14 degrees. So to cool down you may come here 😊

The bunnies and mice are so cute x

I just LOVE your videos. It is a breath of fresh air and lithe chance to hang out with a friend. Thank you for all the hard work it takes to do these.

Oh my..the mice are adorable too!!

My wife and  love to see you and your  family.  your are lovely.
thank you XXX

I agree Paula, 39 is too hot.  Where I live we usually get a few days with about 30 or 31 in July or early August and I feel like my brain has melted!  I heard of a little trick to keep cool at night:  wet your nightie or pj's in cold water, wring them out so they aren't soppy, and then your extra body heat will be used by the water to evaporate.  I've tried it and it works a treat.  :)

I love reading too😊

CHARMING  - you are just CHARMING !!!!    Pammie and I so savor every moment of your visit.     By the way, Janice is  VERY popular here on the farm.   She has volunteered her managerial  skills and we have turned over the running of the farm to her = She is THAT good at it !  She sends her love .       Thank you , Dear Paula .   We treasure you.  xo xo   marcia and Pammie

Hi Paula, so nice to see you today.  I love your newest socks.  So beautiful.  I used to love reading Agatha Christy books, still do, I just haven’t seen one for a while now.  The sweater was awesome.  I agree about cardigans having a better fit when pieced together.  I love hearing you rambling.  It is one reason I love your channel so much, besides your outstanding talent!  Thanks for sharing your thoughts and beautiful creations.

I love that you shared how you use DPNs! I’ll have to try it! Seems great for pattern!

Oh Paula! The bears are adorable and now I see your bunnies! So cute! Wish I could knit and dress them so cute as you do! I sew and crochet but mostly for family and gifts..if I did these and named them as you do I wouldn't want to get rid of them...lol!!

Read the Magpie Murders.  Written by Anthony Horowitz who wrote Midsomer Murders.   So like a Christie book.

Oh how I love sitting down and hearing you chat away. I also get excited about what society seems to call "the little things" and a few weeks back I was very sleep deprived from my youngest teething, I kept sitting down and nearly falling asleep... So I decided to do something exciting and I got myself up and defrosted our freezer! Oh how I smiled when you were excitedly talking about how you had defrosted yours and also how understanding I felt after also knowing the price of replacing freezer drawers. I plan on keeping an eye out for people who list their freezers as unwanted so I can find a match for mine one day and replace our top drawer lol. I am also fretting about this heatwave... euch.
Anyway I just wanted to say... please don't ever change, its lovely and inspiring each time I watch your content <3

Your podcasts just make me so happy 🥰
