I listened to this video on my way home from work last night. Wow. I want you to know I'm taking immediate action. I booked an appointment with Prime, PCS today for January 4th (sold out till then). I am watching the next Gator video tonight with pen and paper to take notes. I have been depressed because I lost both of my parents. They left me something and now I know it will be safe and protected using your training. And the best part is I'll be able to help others with it. I am grateful for you because you make me feel like a Phoenix rising from the ashes. I am on fire. Thank you so much for energizing me finally. My plan is to become part of your leadership team in Orlando to help give back in your efforts to teach a man to fish and prosper. God bless you.

Wow! I have cash in the bank and a 100k line of credit! Sounds like gator lending might be a great way to jump into real estate to build up cash to use for renovation when I buy single family homes!

Just want to personally say thank you, I actually joined the FB group and seen where everyone was using PCS to set up their LLC so i already done that before watching this video but now i understand Gator lending now! Pace is the man hands down!
