About Me:
Welcome to my channel! In addition to making flipbooks, I am a stop-motion animator and have worked on movies like ParaNorman, The Boxtrolls, Kubo and the Two Strings, Missing Link, and Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget. I fell in love with animation as a kid and have been doing it ever since.

“The backflip flip book”

You know honestly, one of the things I love about watching my favorite artists on YouTube is how open they are that they were NOT Mozart when they were younger. They were not some perfect prodigies that could draw right out of the womb. You and Lisa Clough are the two I watch the most, and when you both show your early artwork, it is age-appropriate. The thing that makes a successful artist of any kind is simply not giving up and doing it for decades. That's incredibly motivating.

I love how you always go to your old stuff and basically reimagine it

0:42 is making me scared to see the flip book 😭☠️

I love how he's telling a story, teaching us about flipbooks and entertaining us at the same time! That shows him hard working for his fans and how active he is.. like I would never get a reply from a youtuber but you just replied to me 22 seconds ago! Thank you so much❤

Love how your ads flow right in and out of your video like it’s part of the plot and adds to the video instead of disrupting it ❤

Scanning the flipbooks and showing them full screen is an awesome feature!

The awkward hop makes the whole thing so good! It’s my favorite part!

I love seeing how far you can go from the first few flipbooks you've drawn to the remakes over 30 years later! It's really inspiring, and it makes me want to see how far I can go when creating and re-creating flipbooks!

The one he made 30 years ago was so terrifying

I love this Flip Book. The art is really good. It is so much better than I could ever draw. Of course, the new one is amazing because you have so much more experience than you did the first time.
