I love that he’s confirmed the A24 movie not only is going to fit directly into the existing story and lore, but that A24 are super supportive of him preserving the feel of his existing work without cheesing it up. I am excite.

17:36 It would be incredibly stupid of A24 to purposefully limit your Backrooms YouTube series as it is the very thing maintaining audience interest. It takes time to make a full feature and if that meant 3 whole years of ZERO new content, the interest would dry up long before it ever would hit theatres. Good on A24 for realizing that.
