35% kadu 80% padali appude common man konagalugutadu

Not 70000, nearly 5 lakhs houses n flats.  3 lakhs flats in west zone alonee

Suresh garu is blessed person, excellent knowledge....

We must utilize intellectuals like Suresh garu

One important point not included in this analysis…. Builders/developers pushing buyers into endless legal litigation.

Builder are greedy  they are selling at unreasonable prices.

HYDRA is performing well… We should appreciate CM and Ranganath..

Excellent Analysis,  Truth is God.  Builders, politicians have damaged the city.  Telugu states have no leaders, has only politicians for doing manipulative politics. Hydra is exceptional.

Hyderabad vadili oorulallo settle kaavadam best....

More than 60% houses vacant. Most houses already completed 10 years of age and become obsolete

Hyderabad real estate bubble will burst soon like china.
It's artificial inflated rate by 93 percent .There is no match between salary earnings and rates. Many people have purchased just to resale at higher value and since two years no one is buying them  . Due to IT sector insecurity no one is purchasing . There are 2 lakhs unsold units and real estate will fall. The paper and TV articles are showing reality.

Thank you Sureshji that you are expressing all truth .
