So funny that 😂a magnetron.was a part for radar

Thanks

Cảm ơn kênh.

As MaryBrownForFreedom wrote, disassembling the magnetron causes life-threatening poisoning! Besides, for spot welding it was unnecessary to disassemble the magnetron and cause life-threatening poisoning. Spot welding is done by the carbon electrode of the element, the rest is just a fairy tale and loud blah-blah.

YIKES! That pink ceramic is beryllium!!!!

"Beryllium toxicity is a harmful health condition caused by breathing in or touching beryllium dust, fumes, or salts. It harms the lungs and skin, leading to sudden chemical pneumonia or a long-lasting, serious scarring disease called chronic beryllium disease."

NEVER smash it!!!

Madness

Bättre nytta att använda den som microvågsugn.

Goodpodcast iam from uk.

Nunca manuseie materiais sem antes conhecê-lo.!!!!

Good morn!ng

I saw an "Invention" but I didn't see a "Gold Mine" 🤔

SUBJECT: DIY Tutorial — Microwave Transformer Spot Welder DIY

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
-----------------
The video promotes a highly dangerous DIY project involving the extraction and
modification of a microwave transformer, which carries a lethal risk of
electrocution and lacks critical safety disclosures.

FINDINGS
--------

1. CATEGORY: LETHAL ELECTRICAL RISK = NOT TRUE
  CLAIM AS PRESENTED:
"An Old Microwave Is a Gold Mine 😱 This Simple Invention Will Surprise
    You!"
  WHY THIS IS WRONG:
The video frames the extraction of a Microwave Oven Transformer (MOT) as
a 'simple' and rewarding DIY project, omitting the fact that these
components can hold a lethal charge even when unplugged.
  VERIFIABLE EVIDENCE:
Microwave capacitors can store high-voltage electricity (approx. 2,000V)
long after the unit is disconnected. Touching the primary or secondary
coils of a live or charged MOT can cause immediate cardiac arrest. The
ACCC and global safety bodies warn against amateur disassembly of
    high-voltage appliances.

2. CATEGORY: SAFETY OMISSION = MISLEADING
  CLAIM AS PRESENTED:
    "Simple Invention"
  WHY THIS IS WRONG:
The 'invention' (typically a DIY spot welder) requires modifying the
transformer by removing the secondary winding. This process is physically
difficult and, if done incorrectly, creates a fire hazard or an
    uninsulated high-current shock risk.
  VERIFIABLE EVIDENCE:
Standard DIY tutorials of this nature often fail to mention the need for
proper grounding, thermal protection, or the extreme danger of the
high-voltage secondary if it is not properly removed or if the primary is
    accidentally touched.

3. CATEGORY: BERYLLIUM HAZARD = NOT ESTABLISHED EITHER WAY
  CLAIM AS PRESENTED:
    "Gold Mine (referring to parts)"
  NOT ESTABLISHED EITHER WAY:
The video encourages tearing down the microwave without warning about the
magnetron, which often contains beryllium oxide ceramic insulators.
  VERIFIABLE EVIDENCE:
Beryllium oxide is highly toxic if broken and inhaled (berylliosis).
Amateur 'gold mining' of microwave parts frequently leads to accidental breaking
