Thanks for sharing! I’ve been writing with wrist and fingers all my life. Tried this method and realized it’s very, very hard to get used to. I will see if I could stick to it. I hope there are some drills that I could do everyday for this. Something like a P90X for Palmer method?

Thank you for your video.  I learned the Palmer Method in 5-6th grade and have enjoyed writing cursive my entire life.  I use a antique Waterman's pen for letter writing.

I had to look for a video in English (my native language is Spanish) because there are too many videos teaching the same thing, yet it seems none of those people actually write regularly using the Palmer Method.

I almost gave myself a sore on my little finger from all the friction; I hope I can get used to resting my hand on my fingernails.
