The court's ruling that the decision to deny a South Korean entry visa to singer Yoo Seung-jun (48, American name Steven Seungjun Yoo) must be revoked has been upheld in the appellate trial.

On the 2nd, the Seoul High Court Administrative Division 8-2 (Judges Kim Bong-won, Lee Young-chang, and Choi Bong-hee) held a sentencing hearing for the lawsuit filed by Yoo against the Consul General of Los Angeles (LA) seeking the cancellation of the visa refusal decision, and ruled in favor of the plaintiff, identical to the first trial.

This lawsuit is the appeal of the third suit filed by Yoo Seung-jun against the Consul General of Los Angeles after his visa was denied.
