A few weeks ago I decided to begin the process of a deck study with the She Wolfe Tarot by creating my own guidebook for the deck and thought I would bring you all along for the journey. This can be done in so many different ways, but this is just the approach I'm experimenting with that's working for me right now. Hopefully it's a bit of inspiration!

It turned out beautiful Jay !! Lovely and inspiring 🩷. Your talks are always enjoyable. I will like to see one day your tools for journaling because I don’t know very well about printers, papers etc 😅… and will also be lovely to see how you create with canvas. 🫶🏻🙏🏻🫶🏻

Great video! I recently started writing my own guidebook for Lennan Smith’s dark altar tarot, which does not have a guidebook. It is a very labor intensive but satisfying task. Although I was not as creative as you were with using sticker paper to create a cover and a back. That is a super cool idea!

I’m in awe of how you approached this project. I love this deck so much and could see doing my version of this process. That said, every deck study I have ever attempted has been abandoned. There’s something about going card by card that gets me. Maybe I need to do the study in card groups. Anyway, your process is very visually pleasing!

Beautiful guidebook and your hand writing is so neat! Your love of writing comes across in that and it brings me joy to see. I plan on making one for ritual tarot but I’m writing my thoughts down in a regular journal with the intention to copy it in to some kind of guidebook after the fact. But I might be deluded thinking I’ll do that lol. Hush tarot is also on my list for making my own guidebook too, I find that guidebook frustratingly inconsistent and I’m sure the process of making my own would make me want to pull it out more.
