Человейник-мгогоквартирник только горизонтальный. Но говорят на юге так везде. Для нас меньше 15 соток это не участок. Хочется чтоб было место посадить соосны(ну или другие крупномеры) , чтоб создать лесную атмосферу. В этом суть земли, уединиться, создать что- то на земле. А не 3 ряды. Чтоб можно было погулять походить. 5 соток впритык к соседям со всех сторон ну это надо любить.... Тишины точно не будет
