Zun has expressed interest in doing PCB next in the release stream. We are living in the best timeline!

You did great for your first time actually trying Lunatic, I knew you could do it! Now one day you won’t need the infinite lives!

I think this might be our most on time stream we’ve ever done. The game came out literally right when we started streaming, I don’t think we’ll be getting another stream like this one anytime soon.

*Reaching the Patchouli stage with only 2 deaths
me: ok, good enough, he is getting the hang of dodging bullets
*"ah shit, i missed all those powerups"
me: ...oh boy

tl:dr before fighting Patchouli chasing after the powerups is a recipe for the deathcount montage. It is why this specific stage is considered the hardest for beginners in the original EoSD even on easy mode.
(also theorised to be the reason the original EosD demo stopped after stage 3)
By the way, there is an anti-frustration feature in all the madness: the fairies throwing the spiral pattern have less HP than the books and momentarily clear the screen from the bullets when one of them is taken out. If you focus on them, you can timeout the books and never have to deal with them aside from dodging their patterns.

Probably the first game I’ve been genuinely waiting for in a few years, I’m very glad I found a stream like this early, since the computer I’d normally use to play these games broke, and all I have is a switch for the game.

Yeahhhhhhhh

According to the rules, you must cut out the ending from the live stream, it was meant to enjoy the scene yourself.
