Hi Chucko! This has been one of my favorite shows. I love music from the late 1950's I always look foreword hearing your shows on Fridays & Oliver as well. I first found your show back in 1992 on WBNS I was 13 at the time & had no idea about these great songs let a lone how the songs sounded! I said to my self damn these songs sound fantastic & I remember most shows at your opening you always used to say all these songs your hearing tonight are playing from the original 45 rpm records "sound great don't they" You are what makes listening these songs so much fun & for many reasons. Radio stations all these years should have been bagging you for a 2-3 hour show at least once a week! I'm almost 45 years old & a 45 rpm record collector for a long time. People ask why do you like these old songs & how do you know so many songs & I always have mentioned your 2 shows, the rarest of the rare & the boss collectors special & your shows have always held a very special place in my heart. Chucko, Oliver keep up the great work & that magic year of 1958 45's you played today was amazing! Love those old ads as well. I did find several tapes I recorded back in the 1990's & you did play a Alpine smoking ad that was fantastic it was a upbeat ad. Keep these shows alive for many years to come.

Rays "Triangle" didn't get any attention at all, but I think is equally as good as "Silhouettes."

well just found your channel and i love it and you have another new sub     thanks

Playlist please. 2nd trak  brilliant :  sums it all up :' Mr DJ play those Oldies'. Why did U shorten it. Never heard  'Reading th Book of Love' b4- - clever, nor - '- th Book of Songs' amazing! Not playd in UK?   I love 'Triangl - Th Rays - - a perfect parody on Silouetts.

I liked. LittleMoon .- fair/ good song by  a white grp. There were v. many romantic songs with Moon in th Title . Fantastic/ solid / perfect 'Once upon a Time' - Roch el + Candles. Last trak is  a fair version of Th Jesters - Th Wind . - - a difficult song to do.
