72 hours before the variety show recording, an anonymous email contained a hand-drawn map, with a pigpen circled three times in red pen. Nicholas Tse's team also received a message stating "the haystack is behind the pigpen." 24 hours before recording, the director informed them that the surprise guest was Nicholas Tse. Cecilia Cheung brought her three children to the village, requesting that they each go their own way. During the pig-herding segment, Nicholas Tse crawled out of the haystack, and Quintus's comment, "Dad, you're dirtier than a pig," silenced the entire audience. A hidden camera behind the haystack filmed and recorded the entire incident. The investigation revealed that Mani Fok used Director Fang's account to send emails arranging for a boy band's debut; Sister Chen knew about this but didn't report it, and the Faye Wong bag was a test. Sister Chen said that Mani Fok had higher-ups at the TV station who didn't want Nicholas Tse and Cecilia Cheung to be together. Cecilia Cheung speculated about Stephen Chan. She asked Sister Zhou to take the hard drive back to Hong Kong and seal it, while she stayed behind to wait for Mr. Chan.

This wasn't a simple variety show accident, but a scheme orchestrated 72 hours in advance. Hand-drawn maps, red circles around pigsties, cameras in haystacks, anonymous emails, director's notices, guest lists, hidden recordings, sealing the hard drive—everyone was acting in front of the camera, and everyone was calculating behind the scenes.
