The Chiefs have had a noticeable habit of not just beating but largely EMBARRASSING any seemingly dominant team who visited Arrowhead Stadium since the early 90s.

The 2000 season doesn't have many happy memories, but this is definitely one of them. Always a treat to see the Chefs opening up a can

I remember watching this game on tv as a kid, brings me back to great memories as a Chiefs fan. By the way, I still love and miss the FOX graphics from this era!

A true Battle of Missouri

Oh this was a good one. 2000 Rams up to this point were on a historic pace scoring on offense. But then Kurt Warner got injured. Trent Green still guided that offense well until he returned, but I wonder if the offense would have continued on it's pace had Warner not gotten hurt.

Arrowhead Stadium has always been EXTREMELY loud, even when the Chiefs weren't nearly the same caliber they are today.
Got to love the Tony Gonzalez & Dante Hall period though, even as a Raiders fan those are two of my favorite players of all time.

When Tony G had to carry the Cheifs Receiving core

Tony Gonzalez was so great for so long. What a wild career. So many great Chiefs' names here too. Chiefs' legend Warren Moon, Kevin Lockett (father of Tyler), Trent Green on the other team, Tony Richardson one of the few great modern Fullbacks, and Dante Hall was a rookie this year too.

Watching Tony slam dunk the football over the goal post one of my favorite celebrations. He was a beast in his era

This wasn’t the only scorefest for the Rams that season. They beat the Chargers 57-31.

Trent Green coming in against the Chiefs 😳

Warren  Moon was 43 years old when he threw that TD pass

Missouri has been a title state. 6 Super Bowl Championships 13 World Series Champions 1 NBA championships 1 NHL Championship.

Don't remember this one as a kid. Really cool to see Kurt Warner, Trent Green, Warren Moon & Elvis Grbac all playing in the same game haha.

Lifelong Chiefs fan from Northern California, my first in person Chiefs game was a month after the game in this video, when they played the 49ers at Candlestick Park ON 11/12/20. The Chiefs lost 21-7, I went to the game with my wife. This year my wife and I took my twin boys (also Chiefs fans, obviously) to the Chiefs 49ers game at Levi Stadium on 10/23/22 and watched the Chiefs hammer the 49ers.

The 2000 rams and ravens prove that this is the best era of football. There was both historically great offenses and defenses without the endless penalties deciding super bowls, (IE SB 57 cheifs eagles, both the 2018 afc and nfc championship games) better defense, and way more impressive offensive statistics when compared to todays penalty happy league.

Rams and Chiefs are two teams that have secretly had a nice rivalry and some historical games

Rams/Chiefs 2000 game was the changer for the Rams that season….correct me if I’m wrong, after Kurt Warner got hurt that game, the Rams weren’t the same since that loss to the Chiefs in the 2000 season….the 99 rams defense was phenomenal but the 2000 rams defense was suspect all season….smh….RIP Gunther Cunningham…..

1:19 Nice little show of dominance putting your hand on the guy's helmet and holding his head down for a good 3 Mississippi.

So many memories surrounding this game.  This was a big one for lots of reasons.  Too many to note here.
