I noticed all the videos are of fairly slim and healthy people. You need to do videos of patients who are somewhat overweight and not exactly healthy.

should make videos with patients not healthy people, healthy people can easily do it

Hello, I have spinal cord ischemia ( partially paralyzed) from coarctation of aorta back in the late 1970s. I now need aortic valve replacement surgery and obviously cannot be as mobile or exercise like the person above. What do I do?
