The cupboard intro, the masterfully shot B-Roll, the practical techniques and knowledge... He's done it. The king has returned

This was a joy to watch. No jump cuts every 2 seconds, no corniness, no explosion graphics all over the screen, no sexual innuendos, just great teaching moments, passion for the craft, and authenticity. This is the content I want to see.

Honestly, I missed this. Don't get me wrong the reactionary videos you doe are fun and informative to those who like to go out a bunch but for me I like to see what others are doing with food so I can adapt and learn from them. Thank you for everything you've done for this community Josh and keep posting videos like this. Also tell babish to do the same.

I actually sighed in relief as soon as he opened the cupboard. We're home again.

Thank you for listening Josh. Your other content is fun, but this is why I’m around.

Actual cooking. It’s about time, I’ve been unsubscribed for awhile now from the main channel.

i feel like it's worth pointing out that not only is this a "return to form" of earlier videos, but the tone is really different now! i feel like i'm learning hands-on with this, really dig the new vibe

WE ARE ACTUALLY SO BACK,WE GOT THE COOKING RECIPES BACK

Not that the older recipe videos were bad by any means, but holy crap the production quality is incredible! THIS is a proper, modern cooking show.

I think this is the perfect execution to solve the issue we were having with the first channel

Papa is back! Nature is healing. I always was into cooking but Josh really got me into cooking because he made it seem so accessible. I’m so glad we’re back to the OG cooking vibes.

ayeee we get cupboard time again!

This makes me so happy. I’ve been disappointed watching all of my favourite cooking channels slowly turn into challenge and rating videos.

While they’re fun to watch, I’m here to cook. Thank you for coming back!

Finally this is a cooking channel again

Main channel is food based entertainment, this one cooking education. I’m here for both of them.

CUPBOARD CAM IS BACK, THE WORLD IS HEALING

We got the cupboard back! Can't wait for the MSG chant to return!

Welcome back old Joshua, we've missed you 🥹

Not to be emotional, but I almost cried in public watching this video. Josh is back in his element and he’s making phenomenal content. I missed this so much, and honestly—this is possibly its best form yet. You can really see the experience of Josh’s craft in the kitchen. Love the work

I was really waiting for him to say “B ROLL!” I miss that lol but still so happy that cupboard cam is back!
