I love how Bugbo is so calm the whole time
I specially love it when the villain explains how painful Bugbo's death will be and Bugbo, calmly, says "goodness gracious me"

Bugbo has the personality of a cult leader

He constantly chastises and berates Gerbo to put him in a place of subservience. When playing with rocks, Bugbo tells him that it’s pointless. When building the stone statue, he tells him that he’s wasting time talking about the rocks. After working tirelessly to save his friend, Bugbo tells Gerbo that he “should’ve been more vigilant”.

The fact he was so unfazed and chill while being threatened and in a terrifying situation makes it even better. And the fact he kept mentioning he has no idea who this forgettable guy was 💀

I love how Thomas flyswatter literally had no actual reason to kill bugbo, he's really just there to be a generic villain

I love Bugbo's basically just this... omnipresent passive -aggressive eldritch god masquerading as a normal bug. Like... I think he could've just... left any time he wanted, but didn't just to passive-aggressively fuck with Gerbo.

4:59 the implication that a red brother is some kind of being everyone knows about that gifts you random items to help you with your problems is so insane. the worldbuilding is masterful

the timer only struck zero bug hours after he told his backstory, no wonder he got obliterated, mf took an hour to explain himself

The fact that Hoppo, a character seemingly significant enough to be in the intro and outro, never shows up in an episode ever unless it’s at the end or a ludicrously random moment, is such a funny schtick for a character to have and I love it

the way bugbo and flyswatter converge while gerbo struggles to think of something is absolutely hilarious to me

I love how Bugbo is portrayed as this reality warping menace you should be afraid of

9:53 the fact bugbo just swaps himself with thomas flyswatter to escape his imprisonment implies that he could've done that but just didn't care enough to LMAO

Bro...its been 2 bug years 😭

utterly delighted by how completely irrelevant Bugbo actually was in Flyswatter's backstory, truly this series is a work of comedic genius

Awesome episode.
Loved the implication that Bugbo could have left at any time, he just wanted to wait to see if his friends were capable of rescuing him.

the over the top, extreme dedication to the voice acting is what makes it for me. Its so authentic to some flash games from back then. Fly swatter guy really nailed the role lol

I like the bit of continuity with there now being an Unergistered Hypercam logo after the last one fell out

The fact that hoppo has canonically been to war is just so amazing

9:14 I think the funny thing is that although it is his job to kill bugs, his backstory never explains why he singled out Bugbo in particular for revenge, since Bugbo didn't actually do anything wrong nor was he even present at the scene, since it was entirely his mistake for """slipping""" onto the conveyor.

Even worse, I think this can be taken to imply that Bugbo is the CEO of Swatter INC (for some reason), and his company neglected to tell Thomas about the dangers of the conveyor belt, thus why Thomas hates him.

I love how Gradient Joe is slowly starting to inherit Bugbo's more violent/aggressive traits. Like him picking the Snake instead of the ladder or the Grappling hook. It truly shows that Bugbo is a really big influence on the other two.
