Kate is my absolute favorite landscape designer to listen to! She speaks in such a beautiful poetic fashion with impeccable English grammar. Her tone is quite soothing to the ear. Kate is truly a golden ray of sunshine. I can feel her enthusiasm without it being overwhelming. I always look forward to viewing her garden videos. Kudos to Kate!!!

Kate, your filming and narration of these gardens are perfect! I felt as if I was connected to the camera lens as you walked along the paths. Also, I feel that you also get to absorb and enjoy every little bit of your visit with this methodology. 🥰🌸This video captured some of of your best teaching moments where we can incorporate some of these garden ideas!

To be able to walk Sissinghurst, where Vita Sackville-West and Sir Harold Nicholson once designed, planted, and wrote for more than 30 years, must have been transformative.

Sissinghurst is one of my favorite gardens and estates in the UK, it’s so full of whimsy and beauty! Vita and Harold were such interesting people, they were fortunate to find each other and agree on what they wanted personally as well as in the garden.

The plank in the pond was an escape route for any critter that might fall in. Any straight-sided pond should have one. What beautiful garden! You are having way too much fun!

Thanks so much for this video. I was fortunate enough to visit Sissinghurst two years ago during the week of the Chelsea flower show too. I also felt like it was a dream come true, and the garden definitely did not disappoint. I even cried tears of joy when I entered the white garden. I couldn’t believe that I was standing in a garden I had admired from afar for so long and it was so spectacular. Thanks for bringing back these wonderful memories.
