My Minn Kota Endura C2 34 lb was making a strange noise. I found that the two long screws that go through the motor body were overtightened. I have now loosened them and retorqued them to 3.1 Nm. Is this tight enough to keep everything secure?

That's a lot of work for nothing. You should put in the armature first and then put the magnet on around it.

Where can I get the o rings and all the other washers?
