Thank you all so much for your feedback and recommendations! I have a list that I'm adding them to. I'm really excited to hear more from Lovebites, especially live. I'm sorry I can't respond to everyone individually! I have a disability that involves my hands, so I can't always give each comment the kind of response that I want to. But please keep the comments and recommendations coming! Even if I can't respond to them all, I am absolutely reading them all.

They are actually fantastic live haha. I've seen them twice and they absolutely rocked.

Yes, they can perform like this live. Seen them twice on tiny stages and they brought it!

Yes they are this good live.

Starting with "Reaper's" is like starting a mine excavation with a small thermonuclear device.

This song was first performed on the EU/UK2026 tour. There are plenty of fancams out there proving they are capable of playing it.

They are breathtaking live

Now Japan rules. Lovebites one of the best power, heavy metal band nowadays !

congratulations, you have just discovered the best band on the planet  ! 😀
metal + grace + elegance + beauty + sympathy + great musicians + great songs = LOVEBITES !!!

LOVEBITES is one of the best Live heavy metal bands in the world today! Saw them Live again this summer in Tilburg, Netherlands, they played the roof off, they are amazing Live! 🔥🤘😊

When it comes to Lovebites on Youtube, I prefer live videos. Same technical level, plus the atmosphere :)

Dystopia Symphony with the Moonlight Sonata intro 😉

The Goddesses of heavy metal! Best live band I’ve ever seen!!!

Great reaction. You started off with Lovebites most brutal and fastest song at 240 BPM. They are incredibly talented and musical accomplished band. You certainly realized the precision Midori (blonde) Miyako can play harmonized guitar and yes they can accomplish it live.
Recommend -
* Soldier Stands Solitarily live from Memorial for the Warrior Souls
* Dystopia Symphony + Beethoven Moonlight Sonata live

Welcome to the realm of the Wolfpack (Lovebites fans from around the world) ! "Reaper's Lullaby" is 240 bpm of high-velocity thrash bordering on black/doom metal. These amazing ladies play a seamless and innovative blend of metal & rock genres/sub-genres which makes their sound unique, varied and contemporary. Note that this band is phenomenal LIVE ! To experience another face-melter, check out "Soldier Stands Solitarily" LIVE on their official channel

Live live live is the best way to experience them. They are unbelievable. ❤️🤘😊

Yes, this is a “live band”. Yes, they can do THIS live… Better than any band on the planet.

Given how unbelievably intricate their instrumental and vocal technique is, your skepticism is completely understandable. That’s exactly why you should try watching the live performances everyone recommends. And if you still have doubts after that, trust me: even though they simplify some parts for the sake of a long set and make tiny mistakes you’d barely notice, their vocal pitch, guitar synchronization, and the tightness of the drums and bass are still flawless.

Welcome. LOVEBITES are a 5 piece all female Japanese heavy metal band formed in 2016 by ex DESTROSE members Miho (bass) and Haurna (drums) They were heavily influenced by bands such as Judas Priest and Iron Maiden, but have very much developed their own sound and style.
They have over 70 original songs in their back catalogue, from ballads like Empty Daydream or A Frozen Serenade to full in your face thrash metal such as Break The Wall.
Band members are;
ASAMI, Vocals and Piano. She trained as a ballet dancer before taking up singing, being a R&B singer before joining Lovebites. She sings in English and writes a lot of the lyrics. She has a strong Japanese accent which some people find hard to understand at first, but it becomes easier with familiarity. She has often been described as a 'Female Bruce Dickinson'.
MIDORI, ESP Guitars. The Amazon Warrior the blond pony tail, she gave up a career as a Pharmacist to enroll at the ESP music academy in Japan when she was 20 years old. She learned to play piano and organ when a child. A  physical fitness enthusiast who has won medals in competitions
MIYAKO, Dean and Gibson Guitars, Piano and Keyboards. A classically trained pianist who composes a lot of the music, often incorporating themes from classical compositions. Self taught guitarist with the aid of a book on 'How to Play Metal Guitar'. She discovered metal music and the guitar at University when in her late teens. She describes heavy metal as 'classical music with electricity'.
Together probably the best metal guitar duo in the world right now
HARUNA, Drums, the mini Nuclear Power House that drives the band. Known as The Little BIG Engine. Friends with Akane, drummer with Band-Maid
MIHO, ESP Bass Guitar. The bands founder who is a big fan of Iron Maiden and especially their bassist Steve Harris. The influence can be seen in the way she carries and plays her instrument.
Miho left the band in mid 2021 for undisclosed personal reasons
FAMI, Freedom and Bacchus Bass Guitars. The newest and youngest member who when she joined the band in October 2022 was 20 years old and still studying at University. She has her own YouTube channel which has nearly 700,000 subscribers. Check out her 'Alien Alien' slap bass cover from when she was in high school. She has recently released a well received solo album.
Are they a live band ? Oh Yes ! In fact if you can believe it, they are better live than their recordings. I have seen them 3 times in London, most recently at the beginning of last month at the concert which marked the end of a tour of Europe, including the Wacken Open Air Festival in Germany where they were on the main stage.  Reapers Lullaby is from their 5th studio album which was released earlier this year. It is one of their fastest and darkest songs to date. Other songs from the album I recommend are Dream of King and Wheels On Fire, or for a change of pace Eternally, a ballad written by vocalist Asami following the birth of her baby daughter.
Lovebites have been praised by a number of notable names in the metal community, including Marty Friedman (Megadeath) Nuno Bettancourt (Extreme) Lizzy Hale (Halestorm, they take their name from a Halestorm song, Love Bites (so do I)) and Herman Li (DragonForce) In 2019 Herman invited Lovebites to join DragonForce on a tour of the UK. They played 11 gigs in 13 days, the length and breadth of the country and both bands seem to have had a great time and remain friends. If you would like to see a fun video from the tour look for "Lovebites and DragonForce, Newcastle upon Tyne, 'My Heart Will Go on' ", where both bands take to the stage on the final night of the tour to perform a metal cover of the Celine Dion song from Titanic, with Herman as 'the missing 6th member of Lovebites'
They have played a number of music festivals including Download in the UK and Spain, Bloodstock in the UK, Rock Imperium and Resurrection Fest in Spain and Hellfest in France.
These Ladies are the real thing. 5 top tier musicians who play for the love of the music and are friends on and off stage. I regard them as one of the best live bands I seen in 60 years going to live music gigs.
The Lovebites fan base around the world is The Wolfpack 🐺

Well, madam, welcome to the mind-blowing world of Lovebites. Your face said it all. It’s always funny when people watch Lovebites for the very first time; it’s a mesmerizing and jaw-dropping experience. This is one of the best bands in the world history of heavy metal (male or female). These Japanese women are extremely talented, skillful and outstanding versatile musicians. Their live performances are just amazing. Their main influences are the great metal bands of the past but they have been developing their own and unique style. Asami used to sing R&B, soul and jazz before she joined the band. Those twin lead guitar solos by Midori and Miyako ((M&M) are already legendary, in just 10 years. Miyako (black hair guitarist) is primarily a level concert classical pianist. Some people say that they’re breaking the walls of stereotypes in the metal scene. Others say that brutality had never been so gorgeous. They also blend heavy metal with classical music in a very unique way. My recommendations “Set the world on fire”, “The hammer of wrath”, “Judgement day”, “Break the wall”, “Shadowmaker”, “Edge of the world, “Winds of Transylvania” (all live)
