As a boxer I can confidently say that this man's my hero and the reason I continued boxing I was thinking of quitting boxing cuz I hurt my wrist while at the gym once and I was thinking about throwing in the towel but then my dad sent me one of Tony's videos it was really good advice helped me with my punching and helped me overall be a better boxer so thanks Tony you're my hero

Tony im 30 couldnt fight my way out of a wet paper bag, mental health took a dive I quit my job and I got fat and unhealthy anyways my brother has a bag set up coz we live together and for a year he's tried to convince me to jump on it but I disregarded him everytime however one night I was struggling and went into where the bag was and eyed it for a while before chucking on the gloves and getting into it, straight off the bat I noticed how "green" I was so straight on YouTube and fortunately for me your video was the first I clicked on so I binged and studied hard on improving that was 3 weeks ago and I drill the bag a minimum of six times a day with each session heavily improving my ability, Cardio, physical and mental health and that's all thanks to you because yeah I chose to start hitting the bag to get fit but if I had not found your videos I probably would've thrown the towel in after several days also I appreciate how straightforward your explanations are it makes it easy for high school drop outs like myself to grasp what you're saying and also we need more people in the MMA and Boxing space to have a laugh like you do because it's so relaxing and things stick in my mind because you prefaced the tip with a brilliantly cheesy joke
