Fun fact, even if you weren't the Nerevarine, by doing what is prophecied, you mantle Nerevar and become the Nerevarine. Same thing happens with the Hero of Kvatch becoming Sheogorath.

To my understanding, destroying the Heart doesn't diminish the Tribunal's powers they were already diminishing. The Tribunal has to visit the Heart to recharge their batteries every so often, and destroying it means that they will eventually run out of juice with no way to recharge.
This isn't an issue for Sotha Sil, who barely used his divine powers or Vivec who has achieved Chim and is thus divine in his own right, but this inevitable future is what causes Almalexia to go insane and start sending you looking for artefacts she can use to fake divine power.

I feel like septims are probably the most useful thing you can give the ashlanders, if they ever need something from outsiders having a stash of gold is very useful, especially in a crisis or somesuch. They already live off the land and dont need much in that regard.

The Indoril Armour will only make ordinators hostile if you speak to them. If you never talk to them, you have no issues and get to wear the strongest armour set in the base game. I used it for my entire first playthrough.

Technically the Nerevarine sets in motion the chain of events leading to Red Mountain's eruption, driving out everyone. Prophecy fulfilled!

The way I always saw the Nerevarine prophecy was that you are essentially "forcing" the prophecy by mantling Nerevar. The prisoner does not begin Morrowind as the Nerevarine but rather the actions they take to fulfill the prophecy cause them to metaphysically become Nerevar. The false incarnates are people who had the potential to complete this process but due to their own reasons were unable to finish the job.
It's a theory I think plays well into a lot of the metaphysical themes in the game so I really enjoy thinking about it this way.
