I'm Jeff Hyer, a travel advisor born and raised in northwest Montana. Glacier National Park is my backyard, and I’ve spent my whole life exploring this place. Over the years, I’ve shared several video guides to help Glacier visitors get the most out of their experiences.

People always ask me: “where should we stay on our trip to Glacier?” While I always had some suggestions, I wanted to take things a step further with this guide. I set out to actually stay in and immerse myself in over fifteen different properties in and around the park, from cozy cabins to full service lodges, so I could share an honest, firsthand perspective on what it is really like to stay at each one.

I didn’t just drive by these places and snap a few photos. I stayed in the rooms, slept in the beds, met the teams who run them, and got a real feel for what it is actually like to be a guest at each property.
