Good evening Mr Morris, everything looking good so far to God be the glory great things he has done.I love the bond you have with your
niece, you are a good family man. Gwaan do yuh ting big up yuhself🙏❤️

My foundation  was done  yesterday  Sat October 10th.. i am sooo happy  it didn't rain in St Thomas..

Adrian build up a small building building that can go very fast before your neighbor, that’s my suggestion.

And  try  and  plant  your  on  your  property   (  bananas,  sweet  potatoe,s   cucumbers,  pumpkins  tomaetoes,  scotch bonett  peppers  etc)  for  your  home  the  SOIL  IS VERY  RED  AND  RICH  IN MINERALS
for  planting...

Adrian, the floor level at the back of the building must be higher than the terrain or else water is going to seep into the building.

Looking great Adrian

Adrian 😂n niece talking with her that was nice

Jack hamma man must deaf to Rastafari , no hearing protection

You should cook a pot on the site chef 👨‍🍳

Bravo 👏 👏 🇨🇦

Just give thanks and keep moving forward 🙏

Congratulations Mr Morris ❤

Why didn't you design the house to face the top road and use that as your main entrance?

Gwaan  put  in  your hard  work....its  paying   off  chef  Adrian...
And  you  are   learning  as well.👍🤔🙏

Or plan to take a small amount from the shop every day try not to let them steal your supplies they are not cheap.

Did my foundation 2 weeks ago. The back section had a lot of stones that prevented us from going to the full depth and we had to box and cast the shallow sections by one block height. Funny thing we were trying to source an aircompressed jackhammer but couldnt source in my area but was told the box and cast would be fine once we pinned the matting to the rock.

Lol foundation took alot of cement because of the amount of step up and down we had in it because of the rocky sections but thank God it is done and especially before the rainy season. Trust me once you get through there bro you gonna really see the house come to shape and it really agoh motivate you. Blessings

Ride the rocks  instead of digging into the rocks if it is mostly rock
. More labour for contractor.

Dat is it Adrian 🙏🏿🙏🏿

Respects
