This video has been out for less than an hour, and the amount of criticism I've received from people who have VERY OBVIOUSLY not actually watched the video is staggering.

Good arguments, however you mispelled "dead" in the subtitles at 10:52 so all your points are invalidated.

Gotta love that HG gave the module to directly apply elemental damage to a core caster who already had a busted kit instead of the ones who have it as their whole gimmick

Honestly thanks Supah for articulating why people arent satisfied with Primal Casters design in general. Really makes you think if elemental damage or some equivalent system was available in the first place, we would probably get a lot different reception to units straight up relying on other units to function.

Those Casters aren't Primal at all - lack of animal hides and clubs is showing.

That disclaimer won't stop me as EN can't read. Primal Casters aren't bad. Imagine needing to combo 2 units together to get a payoff. You're just bad.

I think the real problem isnt that primal casters depend on a support pairing, but that the only worthwhile support pairing for each of the two 6* primal casters that currently exist are limited units, like you already mentioned. I completely disagree with the premise that its a bad thing for units to have required synergy to access their full power, but it IS a bad thing if those synergies have accessibility problems (like how Warmy's S2 straight up didnt function until now because we didnt have a reliable unit to apply burn)

Devs: "Let's make an Archetype that depends on you having other specific character types capable of enabling it, its gonna be a fun way to make players engage in team building"

Also Devs: "Let's make two of the best (and only) enablers of this Archetype limited characters that will never have a Banner again because our game for some f**king reason doesn't have reruns of limited characters, forcing you to either be VERY lucky or save 300 PULLS if you miss their original banner"

The biggest problem with Primal Casters in my opinion, is the fact that all of them feel like they were supossed to release with Logos Module but for their respective Elemental Damage.

For exemple, Blaze and Nymph would become monsters if 5-10% of their attacks also became Elemental Damage. They 'fail' because to cause damage, they need some extra Operator to apply the Elemental Effect, something that a future Module can easily give.

My only critique is the sponsor SUCKS. Easily my most hated sponsor

Another is that teambuilding in AK either soft breaks the game (Ulpianus with ONLY Gladiia makes him immovable vs 99% of things, full AH squad is on par with using Walter with her module SM9E290) or its worthless (the comically weak  Kazimierz """""synergy""""" the devs tried to put in with modules.) They have no idea how to make any kind of team-building. It's either too expensive for nothing much or makes C tier operators into dumb stat sticks that can tank patriot.


And its kinda boring too. That clip of Reedalter with Yu already made me hyped. Blaze alter is...eh? I mean we already have Logos as the boss killing caster with elemental damage.

Also, let's be real here-they WILL eventually add resistance to elemental damage. I'm surprised they haven't already. Ops like Logos won't really care. But elkemental casters will be taken out back and shot the moment enemies shorten the duration/heal  elemental damage/require more ekemental damage for burst or GOD FORBID resist the actual damage directly 😂😂😂
