Scent Reflection weekly! A weekly recap of the fragrances I wore over the last 7 days, including what made me select them and a brief wear experience of each.
The week started out feeling ill with a couple of fragrances for a wear test, followed by a tough week at work involving working away, so I needed a scent to last all day.
Saturday 26th September 2026 - Creed Oud Zarian - Feeling ill, I wanted something to cut through my cough and cold and remind myself of how good this is.
Sunday 27th - Memo Omnia Omnibus Ubique - A strange scent which can smell from premium luxury to blue cheese depending how you use it. Intriguing!
Monday 28th - Mark Antoine Barrios Ganymede - A cooler weather fresh fragrance that lasts all day. Such a great one in my collection and one I should give more wear to.
Tuesday 29th - Ormonde Jayne Montabaco Intensivo - A favourite of mine, fresh ginger ale with tobacco. A great one for interviewing in close quarters as it doesn't boom off you but smells great.
Wednesday 30th - Layering YSL Tuxedo Extrait and Kilian Angels' Share - For a day of interviewing at another site. I wouldn't get chance to go to the gym at lunch, so what I put on in the morning would be with me all day.
Thursday 1st October - Amouage Reflection 45 - A long lasting but close scent. Fresh clean sheets, lavendar and smells like a freshly polished mirror. It really heated up in the gym at lunch and reactivated it!
Friday 2nd October - Thameen Carved Oud - A new one for me! I'd missed my good old Tom Ford Oud Wood and decided to buy this as a longer lasting alternative to that scent profile. Enjoyable wear!

Ganymede is one of my favorite fragrances ever and easily my most complimented as well which has always been surprising to me. I treat it like a colder weather freshy as well.
Montabaco Intensivo was my SOTD today. You're right, as the weather gets colder it works just as well (but differently) than when it's warm.
