He's just unlocked a new descriptive word, "magnificent". This will now be used as frequently as "umami".

Historical fact: Sushi originally started off as street food off carts for the working class before moving indoors. so technically out of a food truck can almost be seen as relatively "closer to its roots"

Looking forward to part three! We have about 800 food carts in Portland. 😂

Wow i'm surprised Mike went into an active warzone to eat at some food trucks lol. But in all seriousness, Portland along with LA and Seattle started the food truck concept. We just perfected it...

You really can’t miss in Portland. This city is genuinely one of the greatest food capitals in the world.

We have more Food trucks/pods by population than any other city in the USA. Been here in Portland over 10 years and still finding new Gems. Wonderlove is one of my favorites for both the food and the view from the rooftop seating.

Mixed bag of weather in Portland? I admire the facilities provided for a sit-down and protection from the rain. I’m sure that’s a huge boost to accessibility to these small businesses.

Mike! So fun to see you visit Portland. My favorite new cart here is Judah's Deli on NE Sandy Blvd - the most amazing Pastrami / Reuben sandwiches - they make their own pastrami! GIANT (as seen on TV) KATZ NY deli style sandwiches that are epic, and dare I say it - better than Katz's. I was just at the JoJo food truck - but just got some jojos, a Portland staple. Back in the day in Portland every corner market deli and super market around with a hot deli counter would serve JoJos - essentially Chicken Fried Potato Wedges. Jojos and ranch is joy.

We don't have that many food trucks. We have a ton of food CARTS. Trucks drive themselves. Carts are trailers. Most are carts with permanent locations - food cart pods.
