Serta ada tindakan tegas bagi KKN yg merugikan material dan non materi 100 Miliar keatas. Oknum pelaku di penjara minimal 15 THN keatas dan lainnya secara objektif. Serta keluarga nya diberi sanksi sosial berupa diblacklist menduduki posisi stategis vital tersirat tersurat di daerah - nasional minimal 15 THN keatas. Agar budaya dinasti KKN nya tereliminasi dan membentuk budaya meritokrasi SDM dan ekosistem unggul.
