What da dino doing?

0:17 wow, those dinosaurs are getting quite chummy, aren't they? 😆

#2 has always been my go-to when I want a safe spot where I can build myself back up. I'm never surprised nor upset when I see someone else there, because I don't blame them.

4:46 Just a warning for players interested in this location. Building in the underground bunker can get pretty buggy. I've had multiple items glitch into the ceiling and become unreachable after placing them. Some spots are safer than others like the entrance, windows, and the chain link window at the very back end.

I love locations with lots of NPC's and traffic nearby since camps feel so dead compared to Sanctuary in Fallout 4

Nice video, I am a sucker for camp building and unique locations for it

I actually didn't know a few of them and now can't wait to go build something there, thanks!

I hate when I watch these cause I immediately think, I love my current set up let’s see what others do then I go in anticipating seeing abunch of boring spots and end up contemplating moving my whole base AGAIN

I now habe what ive always wanted in this game, a treeehouse. Thank you!

So cool, I did not know about a few of these spots. What I've only been playing since February

Great video. I have built camps at two of the locations shown here. The bunker under the tower and the circle of junked cars. I may try the train tunnel next.

Eep!  My camp has been discovered!

Been held up in skyline valley for a loooong time now.   Its  a nice spot, but the super mutants near by constantly plink at your base, and the steel scrap node periodically gets struck by lightning, destroying extractors placed there.

Is it bad that the only complaint I can give about these videos is that I really wish that when they show the location they would also like a chemistry station or tinkerer's bench or even just the build crafter thing just so I had a better sense of the space?

I do like that he brings up more spaces that aren't more popular in other videos; I'm always looking for somewhere out of the way where I don't have to worry about having to move my camp the first time I log into a server

I Have a secret cave spot in Radiant Hills for my Ghoul camp it has an albino yao guai, it's small but I made it work and I have secret shelters deep inside

Im more shocked you didnt know about the highway tunnel in the cranberry bogs.  Ty for the video.  I have a base in the mire location bunker, only issue is the roaches that break the base items from time to time. You do get a scorch beast there every so often , super mutant attacks and the bunker even with the new building options can be tricky. Again nice video hope to see more.   I saw a base in the forest region to the north west somewhere around groves family cabins maybe a bit farther away off but off the road there is a small water pond like the first base you showed, nice location for all the areas nearby which i use often for dailies

That first location you showed is where I had built my very first camp even in the game.

All my campsites have resource extractors, one aluminum, one uranium, two copper and one with lead and acid. Water in the camp radius is secondary and entirely optional for me, I make use of the water purifier that can be built on dirt if needed and I have them in a few camps but I try to at least build near water for easy access to fishing in hard to reach areas. Recently made my uranium camp in the cranberry bog south of Watoga but I also like the black titanium spot north of the bandit camp that's north of Watoga.

That little shack under the Watoga road is my Moby Dick.
I've tried to build there 2 or 3 times pre-camp update. Every single time, the walls and ceiling would eat my lighting.

Its a real shame because I had the absolute coolest camp going. A roadside shop and garage. In the garage, I'd slid a floor tile across on an angle like someone had pulled it up, to reveal a secret mineshaft kit wall-laden entrance into the underground "serial killer" themed room.

I mean, since then, I've added the butcher shop meats, the autopsy tables and the abandoned clinic kits to my list of things I can build... plus that "Night at the Morgue" mini-season...
So, I've gotta give it another go...
But, I know I'm gonna end up with damn caged cave lights stuck in the walls and ceiling again lol.

I built in the bunker @ 05:00 cool build if you want something that actually makes sense for an apocalypse. I like the idea of building up a pre existing structure and using that as my base of operations. However I will warn you there are 2 radroaches that consistently spawn and destroy items and there's a scorchbeast that occasionally bombards your exterior. While you may survive all your outdoor items will need rebuilt. Looking for more areas similar to this, found a hole in the ground south of bog town but I haven't committed yet

Organ cave is great, I had a trailer setup there years ago! You can really do some fun junkyard stuff with it.
